表達與預期相反的情況，句型是should+現在完成式。商品應到卻未到，所以用should have arrived。

as well as意思相當於and，但它後面帶出的名詞，在句子中只是附帶說明，和主詞連用時，不屬於主詞的一部分，因此動詞則須配合第一個主詞而定。以本句為例，配合our catalog，動詞用單數is。
